Duties and Responsibilities: • Work closely with the copywriter to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the client's brief. • Join in brainstorming sessions and producing sketches or 'storyboards’ or roughs design to communicate the idea. • Produce UX/UI wireframes and design direction briefs. • Art directing and managing the workload for designers. • Ensure design consistency and quality of designers’ works. • Compose and present design related topic in sharing sessions Assisting the Creative Director in overseeing all of the visual design work and projects • Work with Creative Director to design and optimize new creative solutions in line with business and technological objectives. • Meet with clients and present creative and technical rationale Required Skills/Experiences/Qualifications: * A strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration and animation * A broad understanding of marketing design and layout will also be expected * The ability to generate a reliable supply of original ideas and visual concepts * The confidence to explain and support your thinking, both visually and verbally * A flexible approach and willingness to adapt your ideas to the needs of clients * A passion for advertising and commercial arts * Keen eyes for visual details and accuracy * The resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines. * An innovative approach to media and the ways in which advertising is carried.
