MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC Working location : Le Dai Hanh, Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi Responsibilities: 1.Create an effective and dynamic seasonal plan, focusing on the digital expression of product that strengthens brand positioning, informs marketing planning and resources, ensures strong key trend messages are incorporated into the season, drives clarity of category strategies across creative teams 2.Design Graphics, details, print, labels and tag used in merchandise design 3.Coordicate with vendors to proof the final details of graphics for printing, embroidery, etc and work on the costings 4.Lead the internal process of POP design, working closely with Operation and A&P Department on seasonal promotion of POP, ensuring the design-driven vision for the season is incorporated into the seasonal Store’s mid year or year end sales. 5.Responsible for ensuring visual and content of all private label campaigns is consistent and appropriate with the product vision and creative direction for the season. 6.Incorporation of creative design into Private Label brand Instagram Strategies, including seasonal social media planning, key themes for the season, compelling content. 7.Optimize the role of Private Label brands within the product portfolio. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC 1.A Diploma/Degree in Graphics Design/Creative Multimedia, Textile/Fashion Design Graphic Design, or its equivalent. 2.Minimum 1 years of work experience in experience in graphic design, bringing practical experience in designing online media creative assets 3.Conversant in English and Vietnamese. Able to speak in Chinese will be an added advantage. 4.Proficient in all Adobe and related software including Adobe CC, Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design 5.Self-motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a small team, and in a pressurized, ever changing, and fast-paced & young environment. 6.Trend focused and commercially aware 7.Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
