    JOB DESCRIPTION

    - Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits via email in a professional manner.
    - Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
    - Coordinate with Suppliers and partners to update and monitor the Customer’s orders ( Quality, Shipping Leadtime, Payment issue,etc)
    - Work closely with other departments if customers are having problems with the product (feedback, request,etc)
    - Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Leader.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    - Graduated from relevant majors Economic/English.
    - Good English communication skills (English: 6.5 IELTS or equivalent).
    - Proficient with Word, Excel, Google Sheet, and Customer service system ( Fresh desk, help desk,etc)
    - 6 months - 1 year of experience in customer service is a plus.
    - Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
    - Attention to detail and desire to learn.
    - High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.
    - Have logical thinking, synthesis and problem solving skills
